RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email info@zagogz.com with your request.

In any case, the goods must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date to receive a refund.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, complete with all tags. Items returned with signs of wear or delivered to our returns department outside the 14-day window will be returned to the original address.
Please note that ZAGOGZ is not responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective and the defect is acknowledged by ZAGOGZ.
